About
One person, not an agency.
The person you call is the person building the site. There is no account manager in between, and nothing gets handed to a subcontractor you never meet.
I already fix and build computers for people around Fremont. What kept coming up in those conversations was websites — someone paying $80 a month for a page they can't edit, someone whose site vanished when the person who built it stopped answering, someone who never got one at all because every quote came back at four thousand dollars.
None of those businesses needed four thousand dollars of website. They needed one that opens fast on a phone, says what they charge, and lets a customer tap once to call. That's a few hundred dollars of work, so that's what I charge.
The other half of it is that I don't want to sell you something you can't leave. The domain goes in your name. The site is ordinary files anyone can host anywhere. If you decide next year that you'd rather someone else look after it, you hand them a folder and they carry on — no export, no migration, no ransom.
I work in English and Chinese, so if it's easier to explain your business in Chinese, that's fine by me.
How it works
Four steps, about a week.
This is the whole process. There is no discovery phase, no strategy deck, and no meeting about having a meeting.

01
We talk for twenty minutes
In person at your shop, or on the phone. I want to hear what customers ask you most, because that becomes the top of the page. By the end of that call you'll have a price and a date.
-
02
You hand over what you have
Menu, photos, hours, logo — whatever exists. Phone photos are fine, I crop and colour-correct them. If something is missing I'll tell you exactly what to shoot and how.

03
You see it before anyone else
I send a private link that only you have. You tell me what's wrong. Two rounds of changes are included, and in practice we rarely need the second.

It goes live in your name
Domain registered to you, hosting set up, Google pointed at it. I walk you through what I did and how to change the things that change often, so none of it is a mystery.
The other half of what I do
Custom PC builds, upgrades and repair in Fremont. It's where most of my local customers know me from, and it's the same phone number.
Working together
The questions I actually get asked.
I don't have a logo or decent photos.
Most people don't. Photos from your phone are usually fine once they're cropped and colour-corrected, which is included. If you have no logo I'll set your name in good type, which honestly looks better than a cheap logo.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes, and I'll show you how for the things that change often — hours, prices, a photo. Anything more structural is quicker to text me about than to learn.
Do you speak Chinese?
Yes — happy to run the whole project in Chinese, and to write your site in both languages if your customers are split.
How many projects do you take at once?
Few enough that you're not waiting on a queue. If I can't start when you need me to, I'll say so on the first call rather than book you in and go quiet.
What if I need something changed a year from now?
Text me. It's $39 for a one-off change, or nothing extra if you're on the monthly care plan. I'm not going to pretend a small edit is a new project.
Twenty minutes is all it takes.
Call or text and describe the place. You'll come off the phone with a price and a date, or an honest reason why I'm not the right person.
